Written instructions on how to wash your wigs and hairpieces.

Only products for synthetic wigs are recommended.

Before washing gently remove tangles with fingers or wide tooth comb. Start at the ends and slowly work toward the roots to avoid damage. Do not Brush.

Add approximately one cap of wig shampoo to a washbasin filled with cold water.   Soak for 5-10 min do not scrunch or agitate the product.  Rinse under cold water until the water runs clear.

CONDITIONING MACHINE MADE WIG: change water out and disperse a cap of wig conditioner into the water. Let soak for 5-10 min. Rinse under cold water. Gently squeeze then use a clean dry towel to press out the excess water. Do not twist or wring.  Shake out excess water by the nape and set on a wig stand to dry.

CONDITIONING A LACE OR ANY HAND TIED WIG: After rinsing the shampoo gently squeeze out excess water and roll gently into a dry hand towel for about 10 min to remove excess water.  In the shower or outside shake by the nape. Using leave in conditioner lightly coat at this time. Finger style into place and set on stand to dry.

Heat Friendly synthetic fiber can be curled, blow dried or flat ironed on dry hair to achieve a different hair style. Hot rollers may also be used.  We recommend an iron with a temp setting starting at *250 not to go over 320* F/180*C We have found that a temperature of *250-280 gives the best results.

If curling wrap the hair around a curling iron and hold for 10 sec. Carefully slide the iron out and pin the curl into place. Once the fiber has completely cooled it will keep the curl until heat is applied again. If desired use Wig spray on the final style.

Sudden bursts of heat such as opening an oven door will damage a wig even if it is heat friendly.  We do not recommend sleeping or swimming in your wig.

Lace is delicate and should not be tugged or pulled.

Refurbishing is a great way to prolong the life of your wig.  Recommended about every 4-6 months. We will need the piece for about a week.

Any cutting should be done by a professional wig stylist.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.
